BitDefender Unveils Next Generation Security Products

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – August 28, 2006– BitDefender®, an award-winning provider of Internet security and antivirus solutions, today announced the launch of version 10 of its line of solutions for consumers and small businesses. Employing BitDefender’s new patent pending B-HAVE (Behavioral Heuristic Analyzer in Virtual Environments) technology, version 10 of BitDefender’s Internet Security, Antivirus Plus, and Antivirus security solutions offer consumers and small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) the industry’s strongest heuristics-based technology for proactively monitoring and detecting today’s most malicious viruses, spyware, spam and phishing activity.
